This Is The A Team of Company’s ! First of all I’ve never met such a highly Professional high-quality customer care , To say We where thankful is such a understatement, To cut a long story Short Certify My Company basically saved My property and after I had 3 different Company’s to try resolve What turned out to be a very simple problem to a trained eye , That 3 so called top company’s had all missed and charged Me for Works they did Not resolve My Problem , Any way from The Office staff to highly professional tradesmen team that attended and carried out works at a very reasonable price , I was informed and kept up to date and fully informed of unforeseen works and informed of what the cost of these would be , and works only carried out once I had agreed with the cost , I could set My watch by they time keeping , if they said they would be at My property at 9 o’clock that would be there at 8:45 , they standard of work is of the highest standards , From start to finish always kept clean and they took into account that I had Lil ones in property and No tools or Rubish was ever left in their reach and once again we where well informed before works work where carried out so we could make sure we made plans for Lil ones not to be in certain rooms and every member of this company at the upmost manners and respect , and I’ve been in building game all my life and even used to run My own company , And if I had half the team of Certify My Property I would be a very happy Boss , I truly Highly Recommend this company to anyone , for several reason as listed above , This really is The A Team of all Company's and I will be using very soon again and ive already recommended them to friends and Family’s ........ Thank you really does not seem enough, but from office staff to The Team of Highly qualified engineers I truly thank you for your total expertise and for doing such a marvellous job !!!! Brilliant rewiring of my property in Charlton for landlords certificate. The job was performed with efficiency and professionalism and the electricians were lovely to work with and very helpful. Would highly recommend This company.

These guys are amazing! Never felt so at ease with a company entering my property. The engineers were not only on time but called an hour before they arrived and carried out an efficient service. Will definitely be using again and recommend!!

Engineers extremely easy to communicate with. I couldn’t be at the property for my appointment as I was on holiday so the engineer travelled to pick up keys and enter the property. Myself and my sister spoke with the engineer over the phone to make this happen, he was very considerate and polite. Everything was completed to a professional standard and I received my electrical certificate the next day.

The ladies in the office were more than helpful in booking me for an electrical certificate and EPC. These were needed urgently and staff in the office managed to squeeze me in the next morning! Furthermore I received both certificates the next day. The engineer was qualified to carry out both inspections and did so with a great level of quality 🙂 will definitely be advising family members to use this company and myself will 100% be using in future.

I always choose this company to take care of the Gas and Electrics in my properties. The engineers are trustworthy and efficient with the work they carry out, always arriving promptly and working proficiently. The admin are extremely well-mannered and swift with responses. Not to mention, this company are always flexible with bookings.

Very quick and efficient service. Emails and calls always responded to within 20 minutes. Always extremely polite and helpful, with reasonable prices. The engineer was fully qualified in all of the certificates I requested on my property, and carried out a professional and competent service. Will be using this company in the future.
